Leading our clinical education efforts are two dedicated Clinical Specialists, Anisah Mirza, MBA, CPO/L and Leslie Jackson, MSS, CP. With extensive experience and real world knowledge, they bring thoughtful perspective, hands-on guidance, and a deep understanding of clinical challenges to everything they do.

Our Clinical Team

Anisah Mirza, MBA, CPO/L, brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and educational experience to Cascade. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed her Certificate in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Northwestern University. After working clinically as a CPO, Anisah went on to earn her Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Prior to joining Cascade Orthopedic Supply, LP in 2022, Anisah served as an Instructor in Northwestern University’s Prosthetics and Orthotics Program. She now supports Cascade’s diverse product offerings through clinical guidance and education, with specialties in Pediatric Orthotics and Prosthetics, including congenital disorders, AFOs, KAFOs, and cranial remolding treatments.

Leslie Jackson, MSS, CP brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of prosthetics to the Cascade team. She began her career at the University of Alabama Orthotics and Prosthetics Lab and expanded her expertise through roles at Freedom Innovations, private industry consulting, and Proteor USA.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College, a Master of Sports Science in Sports Management from the United States Sports University, and is an ABC Certified Prosthetist, having completed her training at Northwestern University. She joined Cascade Orthopedic Supply, LP and OrtoPed ULC in 2025 as a Clinical Specialist, supporting both organizations with her clinical expertise and industry insight.

Fit Clinic

Cascade Fit Clinics are a unique opportunity to explore and compare products from the wide range of manufacturers we support. Requested samples can be supplied so clinicians can fit them to patients without bias. With a customizable menu of courses spanning orthotics, prosthetics, and business topics, you choose the sessions that make the biggest impact.
