Kira Donnelly has been managing Cascade accounts remotely on the West Coast for almost three months. She joined our Sales Team as an Inside Account Manager for Cascade during a time of transition in the industry due to the pandemic. The change from in-person to remote work was a challenge for many, including Kira. While working a fully remote position, Kira has found managing time zones to be the most challenging part of her job. She has overcome those challenges through being flexible and available to her customers when they need her.

• Has been playing piano since she was 6

• When she was younger, she was interested in acting and competitive horse back riding

Kira’s Time Working At Cascade

Since joining the team, Kira has been working hard to streamline solutions that help categorize her accounts. She enjoys getting to connect with her customers and learn their unique needs. Kira’s goal for each account is to work closely with them to see what value propositions Cascade can bring to help their company to reach their goals. She loves the O&P Industry. Her future plans are to stay and grow within the O&P industry, focusing on patient care as well as the research and development of prosthetics.
